Despite a disheartening end to May for Victorians re-entering lockdown for the fourth time, the month still closed out as one of our busiest yet with enormous activity across the property and HR recruitment markets.

No sign of momentum slowing in the property recruitment market, with a busy February giving way to an even busier March and April.

What a flying start we've had to 2021! A far cry from the traditionally soft launch we generally see across property in the new year as workers trickle back into the office throughout January, there has been enormous activity from day one.

There is an air of uncertainty right now and the way we work has had to change rapidly in response to COVID19.

People have shifted to work from home, others are finding themselves having to re-think their career journeys, and overhead there is a big cloud of what the next few months will look like, career and business wise.
