After six years spent recruiting across the broader property market in Melbourne and Perth for transaction-driven national agencies, Jeremy recognised the market was distinctly lacking in businesses underpinned by the kind of authenticity that had been instrumental in his building such a successful property development desk.
Having built a wide network of professionals in the Development, Real Estate Funds/Investment and Construction sectors, he took the opportunity in 2020 to establish scouted. The branding and naming of the business was a carefully thought out process. No fuss, minimal, memorable. Authentic.

Jeremy has recruited in the broader Property market for close to six years across multiple states and his knowledge of the Melbourne Property Development recruitment market is second to none.
Having built a wide network of professionals in the Development, Real Estate Funds/Investment and Construction sectors, he took the opportunity in 2020 to establish scouted - a recruitment business dedicated to evolving as the market and its stakeholders change and grow.
When not at work, Jez can be found sipping oat lattes in his Albert Park stomping ground, fine-tuning his table tennis skills, or walking the beach with doggos Lola and Eden and baby girl Willa.

With a career spanning property, recruitment, marketing, and operations, with an academic grounding in psychology, Hannah’s passion lies in cultivating individual potential and fostering workplace cultures where people thrive.
Hannah’s role as General Manager at scouted is to elevate our operational, branding, and people capabilities to create a shift in the agency recruitment paradigm. Her approach is rooted in forging genuine alliances with the individuals and organisations we work with, helping to build teams that are true reflections of organizational values and developing the careers of tomorrow’s property and construction leaders.
Having always had a passion for psychology and mental health, she is currently completing her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Deakin University. She is also a proud member of The Property Council of Victoria’s Future Leaders Committee.

Nikita is a confident, enthusiastic, and relationship-focused Recruiter specialising in the Property Development space, who is a strong believer in the ability of others and herself. She takes immense pride in her ability to have direct and honest communications, and maintain a positive attitude whilst doing so. Her focus is on championing the strengths of her candidates, clients, and co-workers, and she is passionate about matching their qualities and skills with the right opportunities.
With a background in Sales and HR, she found her fit when she joined the recruitment world. Years of sales training in varying environments have equipped her with a ‘challenge accepted’ mindset and a willingness to give everything a go. Her passion for positive management cultures and inclusive work environments led her to her role here at scouted.
In her former years, Nikita was heavily involved in the world of competitive Ballroom Dancing, her family business being a local dance school in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. If she could be more passionate about anything other than her work, it would be teaching the art of dance to children. When not in the office you will find her trying to learn French, watching a good Netflix doco, or hanging out with her two dogs Jet and Evie.

Outside the office, you’ll find Liv exploring the Mediterranean Coast or soaking up the sun closer to home at the Murray River and (attempting) to water-ski.
